Letting Process
General Guidelines
1) Once you have decided upon your room then a contract needs completing, signing (by the tenant and guarantor) and then returning to Rooms to rent Stansted for processing.
2) References are preferred but not essential.
3) Rent and fees can either by paid online, via bank transfer, by credit/debit card or by direct debit.
4) When you are ready to move in we can either meet you at the property itself, or send keys in the post via recorded delivery (a £5 extra charge will apply for recorded delivery packages).
5) You will then receive a copy of your contract and information pack to help with the smooth running of the tenancy.
6) Upon vacation of the property you are required to leave the property in a reasonable condition. However, general wear and tear is allowable and any damages must be paid for.
